Tried accessing the FileTransfer plugin but it's not installed

Everything is ok when I use these command:

ionic  cordova run android --debug
ionic cordova run android --debug --aot --minifycss --optimizejs

But when I using these commands that minified js

ionic  cordova run android --debug --minifyjs
ionic cordova run android --debug --pord

I see this message on chrome inspect debugger and cordova file transfer plugin not working :

Native: tried accessing the FileTransfer plugin but it’s not installed vendor.js:1
