Showing a toast with a left-side menu is active makes the toast show up on the off-screen page. You can only see the leftmost bit of it. The toast is being presented by an event handler in app.ts which is triggered by a button-press in the menu.
Is this expected? My own expectation would be for the toast to show up centered on the screen in all circumstances. Off-screen toast strikes me as useless in any scenario.
