Tab bar Jumping iOS

I’ve been having a weird issue on iOS 9.0.2 where when you tap on a tab in the iOS tab bar it bounces back to the previous tab before going to the one taped(only the animation on the tab bar is effected). I’ve recorded the issue I’m having and uploaded it to youtube using the default tabs template.
