I think you could remove the splash screen and create an animation by yourself, but it only gonna works, if I’m not wrong, on Android because the Splashscreen is kind of mandatory on iOS

@alfabetagama about your idea “animate user within index.html”, I find this pretty cool. Do you see any risks doing that? Furthermore, if I understand correctly, you don’t use/removed the cordova-plugin-splashscreen from your project right? I tried it, on the browser (ionic serve) works fine but it doesn’t works when I test it on my iPhone (no loading text is displayed).
