Slider parallax relative to current slide

I want the parallax effect for the slides of the slider. Relative to the slide progress. Not the total progress (absolute).

In this example you see that the parallax effect inside a slider is not relative.
The text shouldn’t move absolutly by the total progress of the slider. Only by the own progress of the slide.

See the text has local parallax, relative to its own slide. (The background is absolute to the total progress)

I doing exactly the same. Something is wrong with Ionic(?)
