Setup Ionic on windows 10

Is there a particular way to setup ionic 3 on windows 10? i have a fresh windows 10. i setup a ionic there. I am able to use ionic serve but unable to use ionic cordova build android. Right now to be able to deploy to mobile device, I use android studio.

may be you have not set Environment Variables
