Send device's phone number

i need to make a simple app that get sim phone number and send it to me. for example send it to a text file in my host that there is on the internet.
actually i don’t know how can i send something to somewhere on the internet , with ionic.
but maybe i turned on with this simple example.

Find a plugin that gives you the data you need.
Send a http request to some server where you save what the app submits to a database, text file, or whatever.
