What exactly is your question?

Your Cordova tooling seems to be out of date, which might be causing all kinds of problems.

The scroll is not visible in a real device, but yes, in ionic lab

Do you see a Windows style scrollbar in Android in any other app?

Check e.g. the Youtube app or Play Store where this is not visible - so seems to be either way.
