Rumors of moving to Webpack with 2.0

Hi Ionic Team

There are rumors in the community about making a swap to Webpack with the 2.0

That would be a good thing IMHO, however one can expect a lot of things to change, especially on the build side.

Would you advise people to stand by for 2.0 instead of developing rollup scripts nowadays? 2.0 should be just around the corner! :muscle:

Is anyone allowed to comment on this matter? :slight_smile:

Rumors? Webpack has been the default for a while now.

Yeah, we’ve been on webpack for quite a while now. It’s the default in all project and is great.
