Regarding Android platform adding

when i add adroid platform on my ubuntu operatin system it gives following error.

Downloading cordova library for android…
Unable to fetch platform android: Error: tunneling socket could not be established, cause=connect ECONNREFUSED
Unable to add platform android. Please see console for more info.

please suggest me some solution.

Seems like either a temporary issue on their end, or something on your end, both unrelated to Ionic. Perhaps try again or do it from a different machine/network?
