Recover sign of app ? or update google play store?

Hi all !
I’m beginner with mobile development.
I make an app with ionic 1, and upload to play store.
But i delete the keystoke file …
so I create new keystoke , sign and zipalign of new version of my app, but google play reject by different signature.

Does exist any solution for my problem ?
