Quick Question on Compatibility

Hey,

I am currently tasked with evaluating Ionic for an up coming project. I was wondering if Ionic 3 can deploy to iOS as well as Windows 7, 8.1, and 10. It seems like 7 and 8,1 are not supported but is there a way getting the Windows 10 UWP app to run on the older OS’s?

A note: There are also multiple tutorials online about building a Electron app with Ionic for the content. Maybe this can fulfill your requirements.

(No experience with 7 and 8.1 though - happy Win10 user :D)
