There are a tool in CLI to sing and align a release apk?

I need to upload my app to Google Play, I’m really confused.

Thanks, but the command keytool don’t work, I have the most recent CLI version.

Your Android SDK path is probably not configured correctly. Not worry, simply locate that app and give the full path to it before running the command.
