Problem with <ion-segment>

Hello,

I want to know if there is a way to use <ion-segment> with Ionic v1? Or if there is a plugin or method to have the same result.

I try with ionic-segment-control as can be seen on this link: http://codepen.io/ihuseynoff/pen/dXOaZP

But it does not work either
