I’m core contributor of Panes and with latest release i’ve been added ability to use horizontal drag gestures in all panes. 
Panes now is much more, than just simple drawer. We have so tasty and rich user interfaces and features that might be useful in next-generation web3 era 
Using Ionic Framework & Cupertino-Panes you might be able to easy create your own Picture-In-Picture floating window.
