Padding issues when using grid elements row : col (with buttons in it)

Hi,

I am trying to layout elements in my view. Having padding related issues when using grid elements row and col.

Check below code:

As you can see above, i am trying such a layout where you have a label at top and below a control and next to it buttons., and now when i am using buttons with col class in a row i am not getting any padding. My expectation is having such kind of a layout.

Please check out my code and HELP, thanks.
