Phonegap Push Plugin 2.0.0 released

Just successfully tested on my (real) iPhone6 and Samsung Edge, Push notifications plugin version 2.0.0 looks good to me. Here my migration guide for phonegap-plugin-push 1.10.5 to 2.0.0: 1_Configuration files With the version 2.0.0 of the plugin you will not set anymore the SENDER_ID during the installation of the plugin respectively set it in your config.xml.
