No on-scroll-complete for ion-scroll?

for ion-content, there’s both on-scroll and on-scroll-complete.
However, for ion-scroll, there’s only on-scroll, no on-scroll-complete.
If i want to to do something when the scroll complete on icon-scroll, how can I achieve this?

already noticed this

mhartington already forced this to the ionic devs.

Additional ion-scroll has no overflow-scroll attribute.
This problem is already mentioned, too.
