Hey ionic team,
in another thread i mentioned that ion-scroll has no on-scroll-complete action (like ion-content).
And i also miss the overflow-scroll attribute, yet.

Is there any reason to not provide overflow-scroll to ion-scroll?
From what I remember, ion-scroll is not supposed to be a 1:1 copy of ion-content.
ion-scroll was meant to provide some js-scrolling for an additional content area. But as I look at the docs, ion-scroll can do everything basically that ion-content can do…
