I might need you help in app development for an NGO who provides camps and excursions for children.
The have already a website natuurenwetenschap.be (in dutch) build in joomla, this we want also to use to provide the data for the app
We want to build an application in phases.
Phase one would be purely informational an overview of the excursions and camps
The next phase would incorporate user registration , profile setup
Then we would continue with registration and payment, a calendar function would be handy so the user would get noticed before an event he/she registered for starts, and push messages we could sent e.g. remember you have only x days to register for event y
I have already a basic setup in Ionic Studio, but didn’t program for a long time so i have some problems getting it to work

I just had a short look into your Website - you could just use Cordova to convert the Website into an APP, this works quite fast and easy. Thus you wouldn’t have to Start from scratch.
If you want to load external resources it is possible with iframes (I used it in projects).
