Need help/ideas for debugging random Splashscreen freezes

Hello Guys,

I got into a critical bug and I have no clue how I can debug this bug. Maybe you guys have some ideas what I can do to get behind it.

Unfortunately, sometimes my app freezes on the splashscreen and does not load the app contents. This happens randomly and I’m not able to identify a pattern for this bug. If I use ionic serve or any emulator it works fine. I detected the bug only on iOS testflight production builds but I cannot be sure that it’s no issue on the android device since it behaves randomly. I would say it happens more often if I don’t use the app for some hours. Also, it happened with other testers (with different iPhones). Therefore, it’s not an issue with my phone.

I would appreciate any help and to show you guys my configs/implementation I’ll paste some code below in the first comment.
