List on root page is not getting update after " this.nav.popToRoot()"

i am using http get in root page.on first load page is showing whole list but navigating to other page and adding a new event and getting back to root page is not showing updated list.
i tried in construction and ionViewWillEnter . but nothing happened.

i got the problem. as i am saving photo also.i am retrieving data in page before photo and concerned data getting save in db
