Lazy load image and increased data load speed

hi
i’ve used many methods to increase the speed of information such as Lazy loading and caching data
but Lazy loading method does not work correctly and does not show images. As well as speed up the execution of applications on real devices is very high
do you have any suggestions?

thanks. i using image chach. works fine. my app is not smooth scrolling.
