Issue in Debugging App Using Chrome Inspect

Hi,
I am developing new app and I am able to debug with Moto E(Android v5.0) but not with Samsung Grand(Android v4.2.2). Please help

Chrome remote debugging requires at least Android 4.4

But I have another app which is built on ionic 2 or 3 months before, which is able to debug on same device

Then I don’t know, this is my experience and also the specs

you see it when runing adb devices?

Yes device is visible but inspect not coming
