Is Push Notification Service works ok?

Hi, since yesterday i’m trying to get Push Notifications on my Android Devices.
I’m doing everything exactly like in this tutorial:


but i can’t get my notifications on. In apps.ionic.io it is marked as Sent, but i can’t receive it on phone.
I saw that I could check it on API if the notification is really sent, but i don’t know how to do it. Any advices?

are you testing with ripple or android device?let me know you are tried to send the notification by using the devicetoken or by app?
