IOS text field scroll and input issue --fixed

I have encountered an issue about iOS

IONIC version: both rc1.0 and beta 13
Usage : Webview
Device : iOS Device ( version 8.2)

Problem:

  1. Can’t scroll on a form field. It will be stuck.
  2. When clicking text input field, it will jump to the top. And can’t scroll down anymore so that I can’t edit any info…

Is there anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? very urgent…please help~~~~
