Web View on iOS has a bug where a focused text box will the input caret through any layers on top of it.

I have the same issue.
On iOS when the textarea is underneath the header, the blinking cursor from the textarea overlaps the header.

I am facing the similar problem. Cursor of input text appears in header when keyboard opens.
