I always use a blank Navigation Bar and a background color for my Launch Images on iOS. Today I made a template for the awesome Mac app Sketch 3 (free trial on the website) and thought somebody could use it too.

Save template in Sketch 3
Unzip the downloaded file, open it and save it as a template under File > Save as Template.... Alternatively you can save the .sketch file directly here:
~/Library/Application Support/com.bohemiancoding.sketch3/Templates
Open template
You can find the template under File > New From Template > iOS 7 Launch Images for Ionic in Sketch
Export Launch Images
Export all the images with Sketch to this location:
myApp/platforms/ios/myApp/Resources/splash
