Is Ionic view will be available for windows mobile users? Unfortunately I cannot test my app

Is there a good tutorial how to build for a Windows Phone and are there some Emulators or do i need a Windows Phone?

I think you need to install Visual Studio Community Edition. You will get Emulators and Windows 10 SDK.
Then add windows platform to your ionic project. I’m tryna make a windows app using ionic. I got an error saying SDK ain’t updated or something like that.

I want the mobile app as same as Android and IOS which I cant give it someone to test it.
