Ionic View : can't confirm app delete

very practical application for quick testing! thanks
unfortunately i can’t delete an app - i don’t see any buttons in the confirmation dialog on Samsung S3 android v. 4.3

Same problem on my Note testing device. I’ve republished my app with a typo in the name corrected, and I’d like to delete the app on this device so it updates.

I have the same problem. It says “Are you sure you want to permanently delete this app?” but it gives me no buttons to either confirm or cancel. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S2 with Android v4.1
