Ionic-submit-issue Repositories permission

I would like to submit an issue, but I do not want to agree to this permission:

Repositories:
This application will be able to read and write all public repo data. This includes the following:

Code
Issues
Pull requests
Wikis
Settings
Webhooks and services
Deploy keys

Why is this permission required?

+1, would grant limited access in some form, but not write access to unrelated stuff
