Ionic start misses files and directories

Ionic CLI 3.17.0?

According the CHANGELOG config.xml and resources aren’t created on start anymore

If you wish them, you would have to run an extra cmd I think (didn’t try)
respectively ionic integrations or something with ionic cordova
