ionic serve was working fine for me, then I changed networks (from one WiFi to another), and now it no longer works. I don’t get an error in Terminal, but the app never responds in the new Chrome tab. After 30 or so seconds it finally gives an error saying the web page is not available.
As just an FYI, doing a total machine restart fixed it.
