Ionic resources times out despite high speed connection and small file size

I am trying to generate my splash and icon, but it keeps timing out.
I tried generating the resources per platform and icon/splash separately. With some luck I eventually got the icons through but the splash screen keeps timing out around 7/12.

What other factors could be affecting this process?

IDK, why this needs a network connection, maybe the request is blocked or not found.
