Ionic - Register users to Contacts

Hey all,

I am looking for an alternative solution:

Cordova Contacts Plugin has been deprecated.

Now on latest Android builds, the app crashes after saving a contacts to 'your contacts (saves contacts and crashes instantly).
Does someone know a solution/alternative?

https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-contacts/network shows a few forks that got development. I would look into these.
