my org gave me a blank pwd with the apn file.
but the UI requires a password for APN and it does not accept a blank as the password. Please advise
You can try using the CLI to upload the file, try looking through --help, I don’t know the syntax but I’m pretty sure it’s there 
i think what i saw that command line push also requires the name of security profile.
