Ionic Platform (push, deploy) for v2?

I read somewhere that the Ionic Platform (especially regarding deploy) does not support Ionic v2. Is this true?

Iā€™m looking specifically at the Ionic Deploy service so that if I publish any apps now, I can update them during the course of the Ionic 2 betas without having to republish.

Any information?

Looking at all the posts here, I can say Yes that is currently true.
I am sure the Ionic team will announce at blog.ionic.io once the services are supported.
