"ionic platform add android" does not work in windows 10

i’m beginner of ionic,i installed ionic and cordova using CLI.when i add platform to my project using above command,thats not working without any error

So which error are you getting?
If you installed the current v3 CLI, the command is ionic cordova platform add android.
