Ionic platform add android and ionic run android throwing error

i am beginner to ionic still i have successfully created and run some demo ionic projects,

accidently ionic start throwing error on

(1) ionic platform add android —> its error of EACCESS permission denied '/home/devloper3/.config/configstore/update-notifier-cordova.json’

(2) ionic run android —> SAME ERROR

i have tried to delete that file but its creating itself after running ionic project.

(3) tried executing command with sudo but in that ionic can not find android path. i tried resetting every time but same thing happening

Ubuntu 14.04
npm version 1.4.28

Finally solved my problem by.

  • Clean cache of npm forcefully

  • Removing npm and nodejs and reinstalling it.

  • Removing platform android from project

  • Retry add platform android if error comes .give access to it file.
    sudo chown -R $USER:$GROUP /path/to/directory
