Ionic Loading, crescent or default spinner is not working in Android

Hi all, I have tried Loading plugin from ionic2, is not showing crescent spinner, instead I get a full circle for the spinner. Can anyone if there are any parameters should be given, please help.

I had the same problem on Android 6.0.1 and it turned out to be an animation issue:
