I am having a calculator ionic iOS app
I have 5 calculators by default, I need to buy full version of calculators inside the app.
Is it okay to use third party payment inside our app ? (For eg: Stripe, paypal and Braintree)
or apple reject it for not using Apple’s In App purchase ?

No Apple does not allow you to accept payment other than the “In-App Purchase” which takes you 30% of the amounts as fee.
There is no other way to legally make a transaction with an app distributed through either Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You can only achieve your goal with a PWA 
For Android also we have to use only In App purchase?
