IONIC: cordova_not_available using camera plugin

I’m trying to use the camera plugin but i received this error:

 [10:35:35]  console.warn: Native: tried calling Camera.getPicture, but Cordova is not available. Make sure to include
        cordova.js or run in a device/simulator
 [10:35:37]  console.error: cordova_not_available

I’m running my app with the command “ionic serve -l -c”

If I try to run “ionic cordova run android -l -c --emulator --verbose” the error message is:
