Hi All
I am a newbie to Ionic.
I need to develop a Ionic app for Android and IOS, that uses Beacons(eddystone) for indoor location(basic) and notifications(adverts) to users. Is there a starter app covering this? If not, is there anyone with experience in this field, who is interested in developing a simple app that i can use as a starter? i am willing to pay for it. Need to jump start the project.
Any suggestions regarding which tools to use would be appreciated.

I need to develop a demo app that uses Eddystome beacons which I will use to sell the concept to the mall owner.
This app has two main requirement:
Show a popup notification(advert) when a beacon is in close proximity to the mobile
Show the current position(within about 1m to 2m) of the shopper on a mall floorplan.
Don’t want to be reliant on one beacon supplier and their in-house services.
The app does not require fancy graphics at this point. The design of the floorplan is not important at this point.
Open to suggestions.
