"ionic-app-scripts serve"- how to serve with https?

hello,
i am trying to use ionic-app-scripts serve for development, i cant seem to find an option that allows the server to run https (instead of responding to http only)
any help would be appreciated.

This is not supported yet. There is a ticket for ionic-cli about this somewhere I think.

thanks for your reply , i searched but could not find an open ticket so i opened one

(I think the issue was with ionic-cli as this is mostly used via ionic serve on the command line - but yours is fine of course!)
