Ionic app first launch (after fresh install) stuck at spash screen for 10+ seconds

I am experiencing with ionic app first launch (after fresh install) getting stuck at spash screen for 10+ seconds. After the first one, the launch seems reasonably fast.

What’s the reasons for the slowness for the first launch? Most of my css/js files in index.html are local.

@chicheongweng I don’t know if you are running your app on an emulator or real device but the easiest way will be to read the LOGS if your app is not throwing an error somewhere.
