[ ionic 2 ] table/gird with frozen/fix/pin column and header

I need to display a table with a fixed header and frozen column, something similar like this .

angular2-data-table requires Angular >=4.0.0 now and it’s beyond what I need. So I tried ion-scroll \ ion-gird \ ion-row\ ion-col and also table+css but couldn’t get the right result.
Can anybody help?
