Is crosswalk still recommended, even if we’re not supporting older versions?

crosswalk is recommended to support old version mostly and some performance. remember its increase your application size. If its working fine without crosswalk then I will not recommend crosswalk.
Okay - thank you. I think we’ll try and test it to see what improvements it may bring. Just on the side… as Crosswalk can act as a webview/in app browser - I don’t suppose you know if it can render PDFs on Android? We’re having great trouble with this.
