Inject a Factory fail

I have silly problem i guess, i create a folder called services to contain all my Factories but i fail to inject any of them them in to the app module in the app.js what i do is simple.
built a factory name it ‘MyApp.authToken’ and inject it like this in the app,js

angular.module('MyApp', ['ionic', 'MyApp.controllers', 'MyApp.authToken', 'angular-data.DSCacheFactory', 'uiGmapgoogle-maps'])

but i always get this error:

Uncaught Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module MyApp due to:
Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module MyApp.authToken due to:
Error: [$injector:nomod] Module 'MyApp.authToken' is not available! You either misspelled the module name or forgot to load it. If registering a module ensure that you specify the dependencies as the second argument.

Did you include the Javascript files in your index.html with <script src="..."></script>? Unless you’re using something like RequireJS, you have to manually include all external scripts, otherwise Angular won’t be able to find them.
