How to use jquery marquee plugin in ionic?

I have created a ionic 3 app. in that i need to implement marquee functionality using jquery marquee plugin please any explain me how to import this marquee plugin in my app

I would stongly suggest looking for an Angular replacement instead of trying to jam jQuery into an Ionic app.
