How to open wordpress post link in app

i’m using ionic v2 and WordPress plugin Onesignal to send notifications i need when i publish new post and when user receive notification ionic app match id from lunch url and open post in app

Step 1: Make sure each post has its own URL in the app.
Step 2: Push that URL to the app and open it.
